kclub8 Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Definitions

In this agreement, “account” means a registered kclub8 player account; “player” or “user” means the eligible individual who controls that account; “services” means the casino, live dealer, sportsbook, promotion, wallet and account functions supplied through kclub8; and “funds” means the balance shown in MYR or another supported unit after valid transactions and adjustments.

“Bonus” includes promotional credit, free rounds, cashback, loyalty points, migration rewards and similar benefits. “Wager” means a casino stake or sports bet accepted by kclub8. “KYC” means identity, age, source-of-funds, payment ownership and related verification checks. References to BTC and USDT mean supported cryptocurrency transactions on the network displayed during payment.

Account Eligibility

A person may use kclub8 only if that person is at least 21 years old, has full legal capacity and is not prohibited from gambling under applicable law. Employees, contractors and persons connected to game integrity testing may be restricted from relevant services. A person subject to self-exclusion must not open or operate another account during the exclusion period.

kclub8 may request documents that establish identity, date of birth, residential address, payment ownership or source of funds. Account access, withdrawals or promotional benefits may be restricted while reasonable checks remain incomplete. Documents must be genuine, current and unaltered.

Registration, Account Accuracy and Security

Each player may maintain only one kclub8 account unless written approval states otherwise. Registration information must be complete and accurate. The player is responsible for protecting login credentials and keeping devices secure. Passwords should be unique and must not be disclosed to another person. All activity completed after a valid login may be treated as authorised unless evidence indicates account compromise. Players must not allow relatives, friends or third parties to deposit, gamble or withdraw through their account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Verification

kclub8 may support MYR payment options such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Availability, transaction limits and processing windows can vary according to the player, provider, maintenance schedule and verification status. Displayed minimum and maximum values apply at the time a request is made.

Payments must originate from an account or wallet lawfully controlled by the registered player. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned, and kclub8 may ask for evidence of payment ownership. A withdrawal will normally be returned through an approved method associated with the player where operationally possible.

BTC and USDT deposits must be sent only through the network and address displayed by kclub8. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. The player is responsible for checking the asset, network, address and amount before confirming a transaction. Network fees, exchange rates and blockchain confirmation times may affect the final credited value.

Withdrawal estimates begin after kclub8 approves the request. Additional review may be necessary for identity verification, unusual activity, source-of-funds checks, incomplete wagering requirements, bank maintenance or payment-provider delays. No processing time is guaranteed where circumstances are outside reasonable platform control.

Promotions, Bonuses and Loyalty Rewards

Promotions are subject to their published eligibility, deposit, turnover, game-contribution, expiry and withdrawal conditions. A kclub8 bonus may be limited to one person, household, device, payment account or network. Players must review the specific offer rules before opting in or using promotional credit.

Not every game contributes equally towards turnover. Certain low-risk betting patterns, opposing bets or excluded games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Promotional funds and resulting winnings may expire if the stated requirements are not completed within the applicable period.

kclub8 may withhold, cancel or recover a benefit where reasonable evidence indicates duplicate participation, collusion, manipulated play, false verification, coordinated wagering or another form of bonus abuse. Casino and Live Game Rules

Casino outcomes are governed by the rules displayed within each game. RTP percentages describe theoretical performance over a substantial number of rounds and do not predict the result of an individual kclub8 session. Previous results do not increase the likelihood of a future win.

A wager is accepted when recorded by the relevant game system and reflected in the player history. If a confirmed technical fault, incorrect game configuration or obvious display error affects settlement, kclub8 may void or correct the affected round using reliable system records. Decisions will not be changed merely because a player misunderstood a valid rule or disliked an outcome.

Live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and Sic Bo may be interrupted by connection or studio issues. Where possible, the recorded game result will govern settlement. If no valid result exists, the affected stake may be returned according to the applicable game rules.

Sports Betting Rules

kclub8 may offer markets for the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, international football, UFC and other events. Market availability, odds and limits can change before acceptance. Once a wager has been accepted, it generally cannot be edited or cancelled by the player unless the applicable market rules expressly allow it.

Settlement is based on the official result and the stated market conditions. Postponed, abandoned, rescheduled or shortened events are handled under the rules displayed for that sport. An obvious odds, participant or market error may result in the wager being corrected or voided where permitted by the applicable rules.

Players must review whether a market includes extra time, penalties, overtime or only regular playing time. kclub8 is not responsible for assumptions that conflict with a clearly displayed market description.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use kclub8 for unlawful transactions, money laundering, fraud, account trafficking or unauthorised payment activity. The following conduct is also prohibited:

• Using false documents, misleading registration details or another person's identity;
• Operating multiple accounts or accessing an account belonging to another player;
• Colluding with other users or coordinating bets to secure an improper advantage;
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, data scraping or software that interferes with normal play;
• Exploiting a technical fault, delayed feed, pricing error or obvious game malfunction;
• Attempting to bypass KYC, geographic controls, responsible gambling restrictions or payment limits;
• Threatening staff, publishing another person's private information or abusing support services.

Where reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct exists, kclub8 may investigate, restrict the account, void affected transactions or close the account, subject to applicable obligations and a review of legitimate funds.

Responsible Gambling

kclub8 provides casino and sports content for entertainment, not as an investment or reliable source of income. Players should set an affordable budget, monitor session time, avoid borrowing to gamble and never chase a previous loss. Participation while distressed, intoxicated or under financial pressure is strongly discouraged.

A player may request available account limits, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Restrictions must not be avoided by opening another account. Account Suspension, Closure and Dormancy

A player may stop using kclub8 and request account closure, subject to outstanding wagers, verification and lawful payment review. kclub8 may suspend or close an account for a material breach, suspected fraud, security risk, duplicate registration, self-exclusion, legal requirement or prolonged failure to complete necessary verification.

Before releasing a remaining balance, kclub8 may complete reasonable checks and deduct valid chargebacks, reversed transactions or amounts linked to proven abuse. Active sports bets may remain subject to settlement rules unless cancellation is required. Information may be retained after closure where necessary for security, dispute handling or applicable record-keeping duties.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

kclub8 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network failures, device compatibility, banking interruptions, blockchain congestion, game-provider outages or events beyond reasonable control may affect the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kclub8 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from interrupted access, a player's device, an external payment provider or reliance on estimated processing times. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Players remain responsible for their decisions, account security and compliance with local law. The availability of a game, sports market or payment method does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice.

Changes, Interpretation and Contact

kclub8 may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect service changes, security needs, payment developments, responsible gambling standards or applicable requirements. Material revisions will take effect from the date shown on this page or after any notice required by applicable law. Continued use after an effective revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply. A failure by kclub8 to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later. Headings are included for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a clause.
